Minnesota Hockey is launching a new development league this fall for 2001 and 2002 birth years. The CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance Fall Tier I League is an expanded version of the Fall HP 14/15 program.

Tryouts will be held in August by Minnesota Hockey districts to select nine teams for each classification. To be eligible for tryouts, players should have played on the top team for their age level during the 2015-16 season.

Selected players in each district will be exposed to two months of high performance training including up to 18 practices and at least 14 games. League playoffs will conclude by October 2nd to allow players to return to their associations for tryouts. The League schedule will also be developed with the intent of enabling kids to participate in fall sports in addition to this program.
