2011-2012 Program Fees

NORTHFIELD HOCKEY ASSOCIATION 2011-12

 

*  All program fees and other fees will be paid during online registration.

 PROGRAM LEVEL • A player must register at the appropriate age level. 

  • If you are requesting a Move Up, complete a Move Up Request Form and submit to the Program Coordinator.  Requests may be approved or denied depending on requirements for age level.
  • All Move Up requests will be reviewed and try-outs will be required. 
  • If you are 1 grade older than your birth date range NHA does approve the move-up if you are playing with your school peers. (i.e. date of birth is 7/22/02 but you are a 4th grader you may move to the squirt/u10 level to play with your peers)

*Registration after September 10, 2011 will result in a late fee of $50.00 per player.

*If you are entitled to a discount off of your 2011-12 NHA registration fee as a result of extra concession hours worked during the 2010-11 hockey season, you will receive a discount code via e-mail, which you
will claim at the time of registration.

*Individual team fund fees (parties, clothes, etc.) may also be requested by team manager/coach as agreed to by team.

 

 

Fundraising : Calendars will be distributed at the first scheduled team meeting.

1 skater in a family $120 (6 Calendars)

2 or more skaters in a family $200 (10 Calendars)

Fundraiser Buy-out for 1 skater in a family $150   * Concession hours are not included in this buy-out.

Fundraiser Buy-out for 2 or more skaters in a family $230   * Concession hours are not included in this buy-out.

Concession Stand Deposit - $250 per family          

Team Managers will collect checks. Checks will be collected at the first scheduled team meeting.
