Procedure for Bantam eligible player for Northfield High School Hockey Tryouts

1) Should be invited by the High School Varsity Coach to tryout with the High School Team a. Players should communicate with the HS Coaching staff if they are interested in trying out for the High School Team

2) High School Varsity Coach can attend NHA Bantam tryouts to evaluate players for the possibility of trying out for the High School Team.

3) High School Coach will be in contact with the NHA regarding any possible invites to high school tryouts

4) High School Varsity Coaches will only invite players that have the ability to play at the Varsity level and have an impact for the current season.

5) Bantam eligible players will not be able to skate during the tryout period with their bantam team, according to MN State High School League Rules.

6) High School Tryouts are usually the first 2 weeks of the season. With Bantam eligible players we like to evaluate the player during the NHA tryout process and the first week of the High School Tryouts a. HS season usually starts the 2cnd Monday in November.
