All participating teams must submit the Tournament Registration Form, Team Roster Form, and Payment to the tournament coordinator. The first eight paid teams are guaranteed a spot in the tournament.
No AAA teams will be accepted
Confirmation of spot in the tournament will be sent when registration and payment are received.
Northfield Hockey Association understands there are times that require a team to submit a cancellation after payment has been received to secure participation in the tournament. Reimbursement guidelines are as follows:
100% reimbursed if tournament is still “Open” for registrations.
75% reimbursed if tournament is “Full” for registrations and Northfield Hockey Association is able to fill the spot, receiving 100% of New registration payment.
If Northfield Hockey Association has to fill the spot at a reduced rate, the reimbursement will be adjusted accordingly.
0% reimbursed if tournament is "Full" for registration and the cancelation request is two weeks prior or sooner to the tournament weekend.
