• Mini Mite/U6  -- DOB - 6/1/18 – 5/31/22
• Sr. Mite/U8 -- DOB - 6/1/16 – 5/31/18
• Squirt/U10 -- DOB - 6/1/14 – 5/31/16
• Peewee/U12 -- DOB - 6/1/12– 5/31/14
• Bantams/U15 -- DOB - 6/1/10 – 5/31/12

• Mini Mite/U6 = $200 1st year \ $270 Returning Player
• Sr. Mite/U8 =  $200 1st year \ $700 Returning Player
• Squirt/U10 = $550 1st year \ $1,100 Returning Player
• Peewee/U12 = $1,270
• Bantams/U15 = $1,545
• Goalies 
  • Squirt/U10 = $550
  • PeeWee/U12 = $635
  • Bantam/U15 = $772.50

**There is an option to pay in full at time of registration or on September 15th, 2025 or choose a 3-payment option with partial payment up front and remainder paid on November 15th, 2025 and January 15th, 2026.

• Practice Jerseys will now be provided for Squirts/U10 and above – you will need to pick a size at registration.
• Fundraising will now be mandatory for every family – you will need to choose which fundraising option you would like to participate in during registration. More information below on our updated fundraising opportunities!
• Registration for Squirts/U10 through Bantams/U15’s will close on August 25th – any athlete registered AFTER this date will have a $100 late fee assessed to their registration fees.
• Registration for all Mites will close on September 25th.
• Rental Equipment try-on/exchange will be August 12th from 5-7 pm at the Northfield Ice Arena.
• Pre- Season skates at St. Olaf are returning - dates and times coming soon!

New for 2025 – Player Owned Practice Jerseys

• Sample practice jerseys for all ages and game jerseys for traveling age players (squirt/U10-bantam/U15) are available at the arena lobby next week 7/28-8/1 to try on. This jersey will be worn for two years so choose size accordingly. Sizes will need to be selected during registration. If the jersey is lost or outgrown before this timeframe, a new jersey can be purchased for $35.

Rental Equipment:

If you are currently renting hockey equipment, Tuesday August 12 from 5-7pm is the date to: 

• Return rental equipment if you no longer need it and don’t intend to rent equipment for the 25-26 season. 
• Exchange outgrown equipment if you will continue to rent equipment 

If you would like to continue to rent equipment, you must choose the option for rental equipment during the registration process for the 25-26 season.

*If you are a goalie in squirts/u10 or above and using NHA equipment, you do not need to pay a rental fee. Please contact Maegen Storm at equipment@northfieldhockey.net to confirm your player still needs goalie equipment. 

Jersey numbers: 

All incoming squirt and u10 players will need to select a jersey number that they will have the rest of their NHA career.

If any other new players need a jersey number, contact NHA equipment manager (equipment@northfieldhockey.net ) to determine a number. 

A Signup genius link to choose a number will be sent out on 8/18 and will close on 9/1. You must be registered to choose a number. 

Game Jersey Ordering (New for 2025-2026):

This year there will be an online store for game jerseys and socks for boys and girls traveling teams. There will also be a player exclusive sweatshirt and hat for all ages! A link for the store will open on 8/18 and will close on 9/1. 

Reminder that the gold helmet store will be open through today 7/27.

This year, each family MUST select one of the following fundraising options during registration. You can participate in both options, but must select one. If you participate in both, only one check will be required.

If you do not wish to participate in fundraising, you MUST select the Buyout option.

  • All other levels OR multi-player families: Sell 20 tickets
  • Additional tickets will be available if you'd like to sell more.
• Heggies Pizza Sales
  • Mini-Mite/U6: Sell 10 pizzas
  • All other levels OR multi-player families: Sell 20 pizzas
  • You may sell more if interested.
• Buy-Out Option
  • Mini-Mite/U6: $300
  • All other levels OR multi-player families: $500
  • Your check will be cashed at the start of the season.

If your player required amounts are NOT met, your check will be cashed at the end of the raffle or pizza fundraiser. If your player required amounts ARE met, your check will be destroyed.
