NHA Cash Raffle Fundraiser

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Cash Raffle and supported Northfield Hockey! Congratulations to all of our lucky winners:

All families participating in mandatory fundraising MUST write a check for $200 (Mini-mite/U6) or $400 (Sr.Mite/U8 or multi-player families) and submit it to the fundraising coordinator at one of the mandatory meetings.

Dates to Remember:

9/30/25 and 10/7/25: Raffle ticket distribution will be at all level mandatory information meetings. If unable to pick up at meetings, please reach out to fundraising@northfieldhockey.net  and we can coordinate a pick up time.

10/1/25 - 10/29/25: Selling period

Wednesday, 10/29/25 6pm:  ALL ticket stubs, unsold tickets and money collected must be returned to the Northfield Ice Arena NHA dropbox within the entryway of the arena. Ticket stubs may be returned earlier. Late tickets will not be accepted!!

Wednesday, 11/12/25 6pm: Raffle drawing will take place at the Northfield Ice Arena. Winners will be contacted by NHA and will also be posted on this NHA website.

NHA 2025-26 Cash Raffle Fundraiser Information

NHA will be participating in a cash raffle again this year! If you chose cash raffle as your mandatory fundraiser this year or if you would like to participate in both, here is what you need to know:

  1. Cash raffle tickets will offer an opportunity to win a variety of cash prizes.
  2. Ticket price is $20 for each ticket.
  3. A maximum of 2,000 tickets will be sold.
  4. There will be 22 winners and over $5,000 in prizes:
    • 5 - $500 
    • 7 - $250
    • 10 - $100
    • Note: Winner is responsible for any applicable fees or taxes.
  5. Selling period is: October 1st, 2025 - October 29th, 2025
  6. Required ticket sales:
    • Mini mites/U6 = 10 tickets
    • Sr. Mite/U8 or multi-player families = 20 tickets
  7. There will be additional raffle tickets available if you would like to sell more.
  8. Raffle tickets will be distributed at the mandatory informational meetings that will occur on 9/30/25 and 10/7/25. If you are unable to pick up your raffle tickets at the mandatory meetings, you will NEED to reach out to the NHA Fundraising Coordinator at fundraising@northfieldhockey.net to set up a time to pick up your raffle tickets.
  9. A waiver MUST be signed upon raffle pick-up directing responsibility to each individual seller in case of any lost or stolen tickets. NHA cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
  10. Age restrictions:
    • Persons under 18 may sell raffle tickets.
    • Persons under 18 may not purchase raffle tickets or win a raffle prize.
  11. When selling tickets, players can collect cash or checks made out to NHA. Credit cards cannot be accepted.
  12. All ticket stubs, unsold tickets and money collected will need to be returned by Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 by 6pmIf not turned in or you do not meet your mandatory sales amount, your fundraising check will be cashed.
  13. You do NOT need to be present to win.
