Important information from USA Hockey and Dr. Michael Stuart of the Mayo Clinic.  It's a great instructional video on how to reduce the risk of spinal cord injuries that can occur in hockey and we would like parents and players to watch it.  We will also be asking each of the coaches to review this with their team.
